#Commercial License Agreement — ObservabilityOS

If you wish to use ObservabilityOS in a manner prohibited by the default source-available license (e.g., hosting it as a managed service, integrating it into a commercial offering, or customizing the platform for commercial redistribution), you must obtain a commercial license.

A commercial license grants you the legal right to run ObservabilityOS commercially and provides enterprise-grade benefits:

  • SaaS & Managed Services Permission: Standard authorization to host, rebrand, and resell ObservabilityOS as a managed service or SaaS.
  • Enterprise Support & SLA: Direct support from the core developers of ObservabilityOS with guaranteed response times.
  • Custom Features: Access to advanced proprietary features, enterprise authentication integrations (SSO/SAML), and performance tuning guides.
  • No Copyleft/SaaS Restrictions: Freedom from source-available restrictions.
